Yes. The UK government has reached this agreement with the EU. The UK will protect the rights of EU citizens and their family members living in the UK. An agreement was also reached with Norway, Iceland and Liechtenstein. A separate agreement was concluded with Switzerland. However, most citizens from the EU, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Switzerland will need to apply to stay in the UK. So, they can then continue living in the UK.
